No question that burnout in Biglaw associates is (and always has been) a real issue, and pandemic burnout is a real thing. But the reality is that burnout amongst Biglaw associates is nothing new, nor is it surprising. In this video, I'm sharing why what I'm hearing from Biglaw associates in 2021 and why burn out is par for the course in Biglaw.
