SAFEMOON:

SafeMoon Protocol is a decentralized finance (DeFi) token. The protocol has three functions according to the team that take place during each trade: Reflection, LP Acquisition, and Burn. SafeMoon protocol is a combination of RFI tokenomics and an auto-liquidity generating protocol.

SafeMoon employs 3 simple functions: Reflection + LP acquisition + Burn. In each trade, the transaction is taxed a 10% fee, which is split 2 ways:

5% fee = redistributed to all existing holders
5% fee is split 50/50 half of which is sold by the contract into BNB, while the other half of the SAFEMOON tokens are paired automatically with the previously mentioned BNB and added as a liquidity pair on Pancake Swap.

In the future, Safemoon plans to develop a non-fungible token (NFT) exchange, as well as charity projects and crypto educational apps.

The project was launched on Mar. 8, 2021, and at the time of this recording has a fully diluted market cap of 3.96 billion USD which is approximately 54 % less than its all-time high.


CONTROVERSY:

Some prominent YouTubers have accused Safemoon to be a scam and warned people about buying the Safemoon tokens.

This has got Safemoon many followers and investors to accuse the critics of not understanding the project and make unfounded accusations as they are jealous of not having invested in the project when the price still was low.
