'Operation No Love' results in charges against 16 in Bristol County drug bust

Описание: The Massachusetts attorney general said Friday that 16 people were charged in a fentanyl and cocaine trafficking operation operating primarily in Bristol County.

Prosecutors said search warrants executed on 20 properties in southeastern Massachusetts resulted in the seizure of large amounts of cocaine, fentanyl, guns, ammunition and cash.

"During the searches, law enforcement seized approximately 2,360 grams of cocaine and 1,364 grams of fentanyl, 33 firearms, multiple high-capacity magazines, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, and $109,355 in US currency," the attorney general said in a release.

Prosecutors said the takedown, dubbed Operation No Love, began over a year ago with a joint investigation into fentanyl and cocaine distribution in Bristol County.
