Pavel Nedvěd, born 30 August 1972 in Cheb (Czech Republic). 352 games and 73 goals in Serie A, playing as attacking midfielder with SS Lazio and Juventus FC. From 1996 to 2001 (in Lazio) he won 1 Scudetto, 2 Coppa Italia, 2 Supercoppa Italiana, 1 Cup Winners' Cup and 1 UEFA Supercup. From 2001 to 2009 (in Juventus) he won 2 Scudetto (plus 2 other ones later disqualified), 2 Supercoppa Italiana and 1 Serie B. He also won Ballon d'Or in 2003.
With Czech Republic he played 91 international games scoring 18 goals. He reached final (1996) and semifinals (2004) in UEFA European Football Championship.
