Justice Yashwant Verma: जस्टिस वर्मा के खिलाफ पहले भी हो चुकी है FIR, CBI ने दर्ज किया था मामला. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट के जज जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा के खिलाफ अभी सुप्रीम कोर्ट भी जांच कर रही है. CJI की अगुवाई में कॉलेजियम भी इस मामले पर नजर बनाए हुए है.

Action has been initiated in the case of Rs 15 crore cash found from the house of Delhi High Court Justice Yashwant Verma. Delhi High Court Chief Justice DK Upadhyay submitted the internal inquiry report to Supreme Court CJI Sanjeev Khanna on March 21.

On Saturday evening, the CJI has formed a three-member committee for internal investigation of the allegations against Justice Verma. He has asked the Delhi High Court Chief Justice not to assign any work to Justice Verma.

In a statement issued by the Supreme Court, it has also been said that all the documents including the report given by the Delhi High Court Chief Justice, Justice Verma's reply will be uploaded on the website.
