Описание: In this video, Tom Robinson of Viking reenactment group Blodorn Englar explains why Viking swords were so rare. Viking swords were pattern welded, making them extremely difficult and expensive to make. Swords were the weapon of the nobility and would've been few and far between on the battlefield, compared to the more commonly used spears and axes.
