Goals matter, but I think it helps to start with the feeling first. Not the list of things you “should” do. The headspace you want to live in more often, and then we build the goals around that.

We’ll talk different ways to set goals without burning out, from simple resolutions to systems, bingo cards, and practical little checkpoints that keep you moving. I’d love to hear what you’re aiming for this year, and what you think will actually help you get there.
