Mobile Home Buying Journey: Approval to Close

Описание: Over the last few episodes we've talked a lot about the different loan options out there for buying a new mobile home.

So today we're going to talk about what happens after you've been approved by the bank.

A bank pre approval gives you a lot of information up front to ensure your new home purchase will fit with in your budget. Some of the most important numbers to check on a bank pre-approval are monthly payment and down payment.

After you have received a pre-approval from the bank, our team will schedule a time to visit with you to discuss next steps.

Assuming the initial numbers from the bank make since for you and your family, our team will order a site inspection to have a member of our team inspect your property to ensure the new home you picked out will fit onto your property and that we have your desired location marked out.

While this is being scheduled, a team member will also set you up with an account on our Braustin Home Buying app so that we can guide you through getting the required documents to the lender.

The bank will need items such as W-2's, paystubs and a state ID to make sure everything we put on the application matches what we can prove through your documents.

A team member will also visit with you to make sure we have everything you want to see in your new home included in the factory order. Once all of the options have been selected, our team will give you a spec sheet from the factory to make sure the order we are about to place matches what you have in mind.

Once all of the final numbers have been hashed out from the site inspection and factory spec sheet, our team will give you once last purchase agreement to make sure you are good with the final numbers.

After your approval, everything will be submitted to the bank to draft your closing documents.

There is a ton of paper work to review at this stage, but a team member will walk you through everything either in person of over the phone to make sure you understand everything that you are being asked to sign.
