Karnataka Assembly Elections 2023: After a month of high-decibel poll campaigning, Karnataka is all set to go to polls today. Polling across 224 constituencies has begun at 7 am and counting of votes will take place on May 13. With BJP, JD(S) and Congress being the top contenders, the state is all set to witness a triangular contest where BJP hopes to retain the power. A total of 5,31,33,054 electors are eligible to cast their votes in 58,545 polling stations across the state, where 2,615 candidates are in the fray.
