Last month, I went to Vattavada just to take a break — to slow down a bit.
I stayed at my friend’s property, and one morning we heard about this viewpoint called Palikkallu. So we decided to go.
It was a 45-minute moderate hike… nothing extreme, but what made it special was how everything kept changing — the weather, the light, the smell of the air. With every few steps, it felt like life was moving slower.
There was something peaceful about that silence.
And when we finally reached the top, the view just made everything feel still — simple and perfect.
What I really loved is how clean and untouched this place still is.
There’s no crowd, no noise — just nature as it is.
If we travel to places like this, we should try to keep them the same way — clean, calm, and beautiful.
