Описание: This recorded training covers the changes coming to OASIS-E1 on Jan. 1, 2025, including Items M0110, M2200 in Section A, D0150 in Section D, GG0130, GG0170 in Section GG, M0102 in Section M, and O0350 (new COVID-19 vax status) in Section O; completion and transmission timeframe requirements (including CMS instructions to state agencies to cite Tag G372 for one late OASIS transmission in the previous calendar year), general conventions, specific conventions (applies to M1800 items), quality episode facts and timeframes, when a proxy can and cannot be used, new ruling requiring home health agencies to complete and transmit OASIS-E1 for all pay sources (voluntary 1/1 – 6/30; then mandatory from 7/1/25 on), comprehensive explanation regarding the difference between the alternate/designee administrator and administrative assistants, requirements for each patient to have an individualized care plan, and resumption of care orders requirements.
