Just last week, a client needed a music stand, and while we typically offer a podium, this wasn't quite what they were looking for. It’s moments like these that highlight the need to adapt and find solutions that meet client expectations without compromising our operational capabilities.

Another interesting request came from a client who wanted a large single photo print from our photo booth, which usually produces 2x6 film strip prints. To accommodate this, we proposed a small additional fee to cover the extra costs involved. While the client ultimately decided against it, this interaction was a great reminder of the importance of clear communication about additional costs and the logistics of custom requests.
