Note that the compound can be set anywhere between 2 and 5 degrees, depending on the amount of end relief required.
Also the grinder can be raised above lathe centre line anywhere from 1 to 3 mm, depending on mill size and the angle of relief required - use less for smaller mills.
Reposition the carriage for each additional grinding pass.
You can even make a two flute end mill out of a broken drill bit with this system.
