Описание: Here is one of the CNrG Heil front loaders the city got back in mid summer of 2020. These don't have a tag axle and are a smaller body size than previous FLs they've gotten. Here this one is collecting dumpsters from apartments on Chittenden Ave that rent to college students at OSU. This whole area has some of the worst cleanliness in the entire city. Chittenden Ave was also the scene of a massive party called "Chitt-Fest" that turned ugly when attendees went on a drunken rampage and damaged several parked cars in the area. That was back in April.
