A short retro-inspired animation loop of an E.M.M.I. encounter in Metroid Dread.
I decided to make a more fleshed-out animation than usual after making a cover of the emmi patrol track, since it's mostly just unsettling ambience. The animation loops at around the halfway point to match the audio, which has a slight variation when it loops. Visuals/framerate are intentionally not true to NES/Famicom hardware limitations.
Music and sound effects created in FamiTracker (v0.4.6). Feel free to use in your own videos and content, so long as you credit me appropriately.
E.M.M.I. sprites/animation by me.
