Over the past 8 months, I continued my watercolor sketchbook journey, testing 6 very different sketchbooks based on your suggestions. Some of these papers gave me an incredible creative flow, while others were complete failures that stopped me from painting for weeks.

In this tour, I’ll show you every page, and talk about what I learned, as I explored the Somerset countryside and my travels through watercolor landscapes.

Ultimately, this journey led me to stop buying expensive commercial sketchbooks and learn how to bind my own luxury lay-flat (NO SEW!) Arches and Saunders Waterford books for a fraction of the cost. If you are tired of the "fear of the expensive page," this tour is for you.
