🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
• Udon noodles (2 packs)
• Sausages (10)
• Button mushrooms (4), sliced
• Onion (1), sliced
• Garlic (1 tbsp, minced)
• Milk (200 ml)
• Buldak sauce (2 tbsp)
• Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
• Chicken stock powder (2 tbsp)
• Sliced cheese (2 slices)
• Cooking oil
🧾 Recipe Summary
1. Boil udon noodles until soft, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add onion, sausages, and mushrooms, then cook until softened.
