Kids Special Mud Cake Recipe
Dry ingredients:
8 tbsp all purpose flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
Salt 3-4 pinch
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 3/4 cup
Dissolve 4 tbsp cocoa powder in 1/3 cup of hot boiling water keep aside
Use 8* cake tin/pan/loaf tin
Beat 2 eggs with 3/4 cup of sugar
Add the cocoa mix, beat again.
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat your oven at 180C for 10 minutes
Add all dry ingredients
Mix
Add 1/3 cup hot boiling water
5 tbsp oil
Mix
Transfer to the baking pan
Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean
