Could Ceres be Home to Life? [OOTW]

Описание: Ceres is the largest so-called asteroid within the Asteroid Belt between Mars and Jupiter. First discovered in 1801, this England-sized dwarf planet may be small, but it has been labelled by scientists as a "chemical factory"; and a 2017 discovery found that the planet does indeed have several key ingredients for carbon-based primitive life as we know it. With upwards of 200M KM of water, and a vapour-rich atmosphere, Ceres may well be home to, or have been home to, very primitive species of life. So, what are we waiting for? Let's get straight to it, as we explore this wonderful little planet!

FINAL NOTE FOR THE YEAR:
My last video of 2018 for sure, and it seemed fitting to go out with an OOTW episode- a series that has brought me so much success and rapid growth within 8 months of production. This series has been great, and I've learned so much about the universe while making these 12 episodes, and I've also learned incredible amounts about what it takes to be a good YouTuber with such high returns on episodes like the Bootes Void and the CMB Cold Spot. Space is now a key part of my channel, and will be for the foreseeable future- potentially forever. I can't wait to see what 2019 holds for the channel- and I'm willing to bet space and space videos, especially OOTW, will be an absolutely essential component in achieving whatever goals may come in the year ahead.
