The Nano Driver is equipped with a newly developed seating detection function that ensures each fastener is applied perfectly, without causing damage to the host material. This is particularly useful when working with delicate or brittle materials. This tool is ideal for working with small screws on various applications including circuit boards (PCB) and computer parts, amongst others.
Since accurate repeatability is safety critical, the Nano Driver is second to none with its internal transducer. It measures and controls the torque and allows for production data to be recorded.

The new Nano Driver is compatible with most industry standard communications protocols, such as, Fieldbus, Profinet, and Modbus. Information from the Nano Driver is integrated into existing data capture systems; this ensures all production parameters are fully traceable.
