Here's my choreography to "Sail" by Awolnation. The idea behind this video is four mentally unstable women. Depression, anxiety and mental disease is a problem a lot of people suffer from. And this piece is meant to portray a mental institution and show the struggle that patients have - shown through the art of dance.
