Here is a quick overview of the recent design, layout, and install of the MoveStrong FitGround located at One Daytona across from the Daytona International Speedway. The Fitness Park was provided by Florida Hospital for community use and to conduct health and fitness classes and workouts by staff.
The FitGround consist of the 12-post T-Rex outdoor Functional Training Station with double monkey bar bridge and many specific calisthenics, ninja warrior, and fitness training features. The FitGround also includes over/under agility post, stall bars, push-up bars, plyo steps, Elite parallel bar, low parallel bars, and artificial turf agility area. Layout and equipment also allows for obstacle course style workouts.
