Bushido Blade 1 [PS1] - play as Hongou

Hongou is a special hidden boss who appears at the end, and can only be fought against using Tatsumi and Black Lotus. He is an unplayable character.

In the Story Mode of Bushido Blade, there are 6 bosses and you fight them after you have defeated the regular characters. The 1st boss can be unlocked and selected, however the other 5 bosses are unplayable characters.

---- Regardless of which weapon you choose on the character select screen, Hongou will always have his original weapon (the long sword).

---- He's actually a unique character, meaning he has moves that none of the other characters possess.

---- He doesn't appear on the character select screen (which is probably a good thing because he'd most likely freeze the game if he did).

===== About Bushido Blade =====
Bushido Blade takes a 'realistic' approach to the weapon-based fighting game genre. There are no lifebars in this game, meaning that a well-timed and accurate full strike to a certain part of the opponent's body can defeat them immediately. The fighters can also disable each other as well by striking the lower part of their bodies, meaning that the recipient can no longer stand up and instead forced to fight by kneeling, hobbling or rolling around on the ground. It's all very unique.
