INGREDIENTS:

1. 5 large Eggs
2. 3 tablespoons light cream or whole milk
3. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
4. 2 stalks diced green onions or scallions
5. 1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste
6. 2 tablespoons of diced green, red, orange, and yellow bell peppers
7. 6 slices of diced uncooked Bacon- you can use shredded cooked chicken
8. 4 tablespoons Grated cheese

1. Air fry the bacon first at 400F or 200C for 5mins
