FIFTH H DAY OF THE CADET ADVANCED COURSE FOR SNCOS OF - 2024
The fifth day of the Cadet Advanced Course 2024 dawned with morning Physical Training Exercises with running along Rantambe - Kandy Road invigorating the physical strength as well as the team work of these Senior Non- Commissioned Officers of the National Cadet Corps.
During the day time leadership activities were done while a Company had a hike to Gona Kanda.
A lecturing session with practicals was conducted by Maj Vipula Hapuarchchi, on First Aid and in the evening hours 4 mile Route March was organised from NCC Training Centre to Minipe Dam and Back.
Adding a lesson of paramount importance to the lives of these future leaders, a practical session of Mess Etiquettes and Table Manners was conducted by Lt Col Janaka Nawaratne.
Usual aesthetic programme was conducted by Maj Chinthaka Darmasena when darkness started engulfing the Training Centre giving a mental and physical relaxation to Cadets as well as Officers.
