Florsheim Royal Imperial LWB ReSoling at Home 3/3

Описание: This is the 3rd and final part of me rebuilding a classic pair of vintage 1990 Florsheim Royal Imperial Long Wing Bluchers model #96624 at home. This video finishes rebuilding the heels back to a condition similar to the original v-cleat heels on this classic pair of shoes. I also re-finish the uppers, and mirror shine the toes. This model is one of the last of the great vintage Florsheim produced at the twighlight of their golden days, when they were made in the USA with high quality materials and construction methods. In my opinion, they were superior in quality to a modern Allen Edmonds, and close to on par in quality to a modern Alden.

7. 5mm thick rubber sheet for heels from Landwerlen Leather in Indianapolis, IA.   / landwerlenleather   Note: this rubber is a little on the soft side. It has great traction, and is easy to work with, and is ideal to match the thickness of the original Allen Edmonds top lifts, but it wears quicker than the factory "victory" heel top lift material.
