I used 3/8" cuts on both finishes. For the scallops, spacing is 1/4" inch, with the scallop starting and ending 3/8" apart (basically, you bring your needle down 3/8" from where you brought it up to begin the scallop), for the loops spacing is 3/8" between loops, and the loop is 3/16" between start and end

Winter Saltboxes is stitched on Legacy Linen 38 count Druid Blue with the following:
100/3: 070, creme (used with Accentuate)
Gobelins: 734, 2125, 2646, 4536
Accentuate 312
