RECIPE
Buttermilk Pancakes
120g Plain Flour
2 Large Free Range Eggs
285ml Buttermilk
25g Butter
Method
In a large bowl mix the eggs and buttermilk together. Add the plain flour and beat until you have a smooth batter.
In a hot pan drop in the 25g butter and allow to melt to cover the pan, spoon in the batter to your desired size. When you see bubbles form on the top of the pancake and flip, once flipped cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with your favourite topping like Nutella, strawberry and white chocolate or lemon and sugar.
