On April 1, 2019 Sticky RX began its lean journey after discovering Paul Akers on YouTube. It became very clear that the company culture was weak and needed serious change. Two and a half years later the culture is transformed and thousands of improvements have been made. While the team is small, it's a total participation culture. The adoption of 2 Second Lean allowed Sticky RX to develop as individuals and develop a culture that is not far from Toyota in Japan.
This tour is part of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence's 2 Second Lean Tour series hosted by Paul Akers, author of the book 2 Second Lean and owner of FastCap.
