Super easy Crema de Fruta recipe for your Noche Buena!
Hey loves~! 'Tis the most wonderful time of the year ♥ I'm sharing with y'all my easy, no hassle, no bake CREMA DE FRUTA! This is my favorite Christmas dessert and I love making it from scratch but I'm also the busiest this time of the year 😅 So I my found that mamon (Filipino sponge cake) is my best friend during these times where I want to make it real quick! How to Make Crema De Furta
Pie Plate: 22cm x 5cm (9" x 2" inch) or 20cm x 20cm (8" x 8" inch) Square Pan / 22cm x 12cm (9" x 5"x inch) Rectangular Pan
INGREDIENTS

~Custard~
237 ml (1 cup) EVAPORATED MILK
118 ml (1/2 cup) CONDENSED MILK
45 g (1/3 cup) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
*You mayalso use Cornstarch
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) VANILLA EXTRACT
*I used McCormick Vanilla Extract (get it here: https://shp.ee/jfepegf)
2 lrg. EGG YOLKS
28 g (2 tbsp) UNSALTED BUTTER, COLD
*You may use Salted Butter if that's what you have :)
*Cool for 5 to 10 minutes over the counter then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until needed.
5 pcs. Mamon
*I used Monde Classic Mamon (get it here: https://shp.ee/mqhfg6f)
*Feel free to use 10 pcs. if you want a thicker cake.
~Fruit Cocktail Toppings & Jelly~
836 g (1.8 lb) FRUIT COCKTAIL, CANNED
*I used Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocoktail in Extra Light Syrup (get it here: https://shp.ee/ipzvbaf)
*Separate fruits and juice. Juice should be somewhere around 355ml (1 1/2 cup)
PEACH, CANNED
*This is optional
9 g (1 tbsp) GELATIN
*I used Knox Gelatin (get it here: https://shp.ee/gsihmzf)
59 ml (1/4 cup) WATER, COLD
*Dissolve Gelatin in COLD WATER and let it bloom for 5 to 10 minutes. It should absorb the liquid and solidify. Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds or until melted. DO NOT MICROWAVE FOR TOO LONG. Mix melted gelatin in FRUIT COCKTAIL JUICE.
*Arrange Crema De Fruta as shown in video.
*Refrigerate for at least 6 hour or overnight (recommended) to set.
