Описание: This 2023 Cascade Max is 36-feet long plus 2 ft bump out. 390 square-feet. The customer added a 3rd exterior access to the back of the home for an added back deck. The Chimney off the side of the house is for the incinerator toilet. Often customers, who don't already have sewer access, will opt for the expense of an incinerating toilet over the extraordinary cost of bringing sewer to the home's site.

This beautiful, craftsman modern single level home features acacia butcher block countertops, open hickory shelving with custom TF hardware in the kitchen, wooden beam accents throughout the entire home, rejuvenation lighting, upgraded appliances, white hex tile backsplash, and TONS of storage space.

The bath tub doubles as a rain shower, bringing added luxury to the home. Lighting installed on top of the beams can be controlled from your phone - modern is an understatement! We are ecstatic about this space.

A main feature in this tiny home is the Murphy bed that transitions into a drop down desk, where our client can work comfortably during the day in the comfort of her home.

The staging in this video attempts a feminine luxury feel. We tried to convey the comfortable size of this home by placing full size furniture pieces throughout.

A main feature of our Cascade Max is the walkthrough bathroom. It allow privacy to the bedroom, while allowing access from the main living space. By making the bathroom the hallway, the space is optimized by not isolating a hallway used purely for walking through. Park Models are limited to 399.9 sq ft on the ground floor. This layout is superior for a truly open feel.
