Population growth exceeded one million over the past nine months according to Stats Canada. We are growing at a fast rate in 66 years. Immigration cuts are coming, but it's too late. The solution appears to be a Canadian renters bill of rights which will create a national lease agreement and a database for past rental prices. Is this going to solve a problem, or make the rental market any better? Let's discuss.
