ingredient:
200g fillet fish
For Spices:
1 Tsp Coriander seeds
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Chili fakes
1 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Sae Salt
Some Black Pepper
For Salad:
a carrot
a cucumber
a tomato
Black Pepper and Sea salt
Fresh lemon juice
1/2 Tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
For Flour:
2 Tbsp All -purpose flour
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
cold water
2 Cups Fresh ground corn flour
400 ml canola oil
