Better balance ✅
This forward and backward tap can be a great way to challenge your balance for walking, stairs and even running or sports
Use an object you feel comfortable stepping over and that is not going to move. Use support as needed ⚠️
The goal is to aim for 20-30 repetitions on one side then switch to the other. Forward + back= 1 repetition. But change it up as needed to best accommodate your abilities 🙌🏼
It's so important to practice and challenge balance so you don't lose it
