Описание: The mall opened in 1995. It was the second largest mall in the city. There were a lot of stores within it. After non payment of taxes, loans and other fees, it fell in to disrepair. After the last lease ran out, the doors closed forever. Or did they?. Now there is talk of the local Wal-Mart is moving there and becoming a super center
