recipe I used.
2 chicken breast fillets
2/3 of a tin of chopped tomatoes
mushrooms sliced
2 cloves of fresh garlic
thumb sized piece of fresh ginger grated
2 shallots diced
one large red chilli
one heaped tea spoon full of chilli powder
3 heaped tea spoon of cumin powder
3 heaped tea spoon full of turmaric
some vegetable oil
some clover butter
white pepper
black pepper
salt
a simple recipe good for outdoors cooking, really enjoyed it.
