Guam- As local officials do their best to implement preventative measures to stop the spread of the H1N1 virus, the question still remains: how prepared is Guam in the event a major outbreak takes place?
Senator Tina Muna Barnes is also chiming in on trying to prepare the island for a possible H1N1 outbreak when schools open in a few weeks. The senator wrote a letter urging the Department of Public Health Director J. Peter Roberto to get private schools involved in the planning process with the Department of Education. She wants to make sure everyone is on the same page in combating the spread of this virus.
