🔹 Ingredients

Main Ingredients:
Chickpeas (കുത്റ്ത് വെച്ച കടല)
Onion (ഉള്ളി)
Green chilli (പച്ചമുളക്)
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി)
Coriander leaves (മല്ലി ഇല)

Spices:

Chilli powder (മുളക് പൊടി)
Garam masala (ഗരമമസാല)
Black pepper powder (കുരുമുളക് പൊടി)
Cumin powder (ജീരകം പൊടി)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്)

Other:

Maida (മൈദ) – for binding if needed
Baking soda (സോഡ പൗഡർ)
Oil – for frying

🔹 Quick Steps
Soak and grind chickpeas into coarse paste.
Add onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices (including cumin) to the paste.
Mix well and shape into small balls (Falafel).
Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown & crispy.
