The Nun is a 2018 American Gothic supernatural horror film directed by Corin Hardy. It serves as a spiritual spin-off to The Conjuring 2 and is the fifth installment in The Conjuring shared universe.

This gothic horror prequel takes us back to 1952 Romania, where a young nun haunted by her visions, a priest, and a local known by the name "Frenchie" are sent to investigate a mysterious death at a remote monastery. What they find is far more terrifying than they ever imagined.
