Описание:
Pesto
1/2 cup pine nuts (walnuts)
2 cloves garlic
3 cups fresh basil
3/4 freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Set aside.
Other ingredients
focaccia bread
sliced heirloom tomatoes
mayo
mortadella
salami
fresh arugula
fresh burrata cheese
To assemble
Slice open your focaccia bread
On the bottom slice, add mayo, mortadella, salami, pesto, arugula, burrata and tomatoes. Add mayo to your top slice, then fold your sandwich. Slice and enjoy!
