My journey to accountability started by using my mistakes and conflicts as an opportunity to learn and take accountability of my own actions .

Through journaling, I gained clarity on the recurring problems I faced.
It became clear that to break free and find better situations, I realized I had to take ownership.
After all, you can't transform what you suppress or ignore.
Accountability became an invitation for positive change in my life.
Those negative parts of ourselves, the ones we call "demons," are still a part of us.
We try to act like they're not there, but they linger in the shadows.
But they are still a part of us.
True growth comes from awareness and by acknowledging these shadows, we disarm them and take back control.
