This mount lets you use an E3D V6 / J-head hot end with the original extruder (some kind of Stepstruder mk7 clone?) of the CTC Prusa I3 Pro B.
It will probably fit any Prusa i3 (30mm spacing between carriage mount screws) and any mk7ish extruder, although I'm not sure how the CTC extruder's filament hole location relates to the original mk7 one.
