Understand the profitability of QSRs:-
If the average per order value of a QSR is Rs 100
so in this
30% food cost will be incurred
17% advertising cost
18 to 20% operating cost
Per order packaging 5 rs
Leakage cost 3 rs
GST around 7%
After all this, monthly profit of Rs 54000 is left
If the take home income was Rs 20000 then the remaining profit was Rs 34000
The initial investment of OSRs in India is between Rs 20 to Rs 22 lakh and it takes at least 5.5 years to reach a breakeven, after which profit starts to be saved
