So I have made a video on color packing tattoos using a liner needle, a magnum tattoo needle and both types of machines, a rotary machine and a coil machine. the trick to color packing is very simple, you need to get things right
1) The skin should be stretched hard.
2) The machine should hit hard.
3) The movement of your hand should be from your elbow and not from you wrist.
4) Consistent hand motion.
5) Tight circular or lines close to each other.
6) Correct angle.
7) Correct needle depth.
8) Right machine speed vs Hand speed.
9) Proper ink flow.
