1a. Bent Over Single Arm DB Row 3X8-10
1b. Floor DB Skull Crushers 3X12-15
2a. Wide Grip Pull Down 3x10-12
2b. Alternating DB Flat Chest Press 3X6-8
3a. Seated Lateral Raises 3X10-12
3b. Seated Bicep Curls 3X12-15
4a. Incline Chest DB Fly 3X10-12
4b. Incline Rear Delt Swings 3x12-15
