God Eater 2 Rage Burst Adv. Techs - Scythe: Infinite C.; Right Stick Cancelling; Spear: Glide Cancel

Описание: Demonstration Video on how to use the following advanced techniques:

1.) Scythe: 3rd Step Infinite Combo -
Allows for a seamless combo connection between the 3rd Step and 1st Step Square attack for the Scythe, resulting to an almost infinite combo as long as you can maintain Burst.

HOW TO EXECUTE:
a.) Enter burst state at any level.
b.) Perform the first and second square attack.
c.) On the 3rd square attack, make sure the first strike hits the enemy as the scythe blade goes near your feet. This is usually done by turning/facing away from the enemy.
d.) Press jump or step button. You'll seem to perform the action but won't move from your position.
e.) Repeat step B to E.

2.) Right Stick Cancelling -
Allows you to connect actions that are normally not allowed by binding specific actions to your controller's right stick. This requires you to adjust your in-game options and bind your right stick to action shortcuts rather than camera rotation. This takes a while to get used to unless you can "claw" (a very popular technique from Monster Hunter) the directional buttons for camera movement. There are several applications for this technique but the most popular/practical is to connect/cancel the charged devour action to another action.

HOW TO EXECUTE:
a.) Adjust your in-game options and bind actions to your right stick.
b.) Hold the charged action button (Square for Charge Glide/Crush or Triangle for Charged Devour).
c.) Connect or cancel to another action by using the right stick shortcut.

Some commonly used combinations are the following:
i.) Charged Devour cancel to Combo Devour - allows you to perform a quick devour. Used for clutch devouring and scavenging OP from dead aragami.
ii.) Charged Devour cancel to Gun Special Action - faster oracle reserve or movement actions from assault and shotgun.
iii.) Charged Crush cancel to Guard - allows you to protect yourself from quick swipes while charging charge crush.

There are many more combinations as demonstrated in the video.

3.) Spear: Charge Glide Cancel and Combo -
These are actually 2 techniques combined into one.

Charge Glide Cancel allows you to enter the Spear's "opened" state without using charge glide at the same time maintain your "charging" status so you can execute Charge Glide Combo. As a stand alone technique, this is useful for entering the Spear's "opened" state very quickly for additional damage while performing normal combos.

HOW TO EXECUTE:
a.) Charge your spear until it's ready to release Charge Glide.
b.) Perform a jump and press triangle while mid-air to perform the dive attack. You must make sure that the square button is always pressed while performing both the jump and the dive.

You will notice that you've entered "opened" state and at the same time you'll maintain your charge.

Charge Glide Combo allows you to finish a normal combo with a charge glide after performing Charge Glide Cancel without needing to charge. Only selected actions allow you to maintain Charge Glide Cancel's "charging" status and either burst of any level or mid-air jump skill is required to execute this technique. Although not necessary, binding the melee special action to your right stick also opens up more possibilities.

HOW TO EXECUTE:
a.) Perform Charge Glide Cancel using the instructions above.
b.) Optional: Press triangle for the number of normal attacks you want to add in the combo but ensure that the square button is still pressed while doing so.
c.) Perform a backflip by using the right stick shortcut while keeping the square button pressed. Should you want to end the combo here, just perform a jump and release the square button to perform the charge glide.
d.) After the backflip and while mid-air, you can either press the square button twice to insert 2 aerial square attacks or use the right stick shortcut to insert the 2 aerial square attacks. Make sure on the former step that you keep the square button pressed after the second aerial attack while on the latter step, always keep the square button pressed.
e.) Perform a mid-air jump or double jump.
f.) Here you can either finish the combo by releasing square and performing charge glide or pressing triangle while keeping the square button pressed to dive and keep maintaining your "charged" state. The latter action is used if you need to reposition yourself for the combo and you have to go back to step B again.
