Описание: A new feature in Deltacad version 7 is the ability to rotate imported images. In this tutorial I have imported the image of a six inch ruler. The tutorial shows how to rotate the image so that it is positioned horizontal to the screen, the image is then scaled so that the result is a true 1:1 scale image.
