-15 yards: 10 rounds, 2 hands
-10 yards: 10 rounds, 2 hands
-7 yards: 10 rounds, dominant hand only
-7 yards: 10 rounds, non-dominant hand only
-5 yards: 10 rounds, firing 2 at a time
