There are many different power banks out there, but not all are created the same. While some may charge the Seestar when it's powered off, many will not charge the Seestar when it is power on and being used.
I have a couple of cheaper/smaller power banks that I used for my cell phone, but those all do not charge the Seestar when it's being used.
