A winters walk from the village of Rhosneigr, down through the dunes and onto Traeth Crigyll, along Rhosneigr beach and back through the village.
A beautiful day towards the end of February, about 10 degrees and the beaches were looking amazing with just a few people around. Rhosneigr has several beautiful sandy beaches all fairly close to each other.
Traeth Crigyll beach is sandwiched between Rhosneigr beach (also known as town beach) and Traeth Cymyran.
These beaches are very popular with water sports like Windsurfing and Kite surfing. In the summer months you will sometimes find Sand Sailing or Land Yachting taking place.
Traeth Crigyll is very close to RAF Valley, the station where Price William was a helicopter pilot from 2010 to 2013.
